If you book before 10am and you're inside our core area — Ickenham, Uxbridge, Hillingdon or Ruislip — we can usually turn laundry and standard dry cleaning around the same day. Call us rather than using the form for same-day, so we can confirm capacity straight away. Same-day carries a small express surcharge.

Standard dry cleaning is back with you within 48 hours. Suits, coats and dresses are usually ready the next day. Specialist work — wedding dresses, leather, suede and anything needing repair — takes 5 to 7 working days, and we'll tell you the exact date when we itemise your bag.

Yes, and it's free. We collect from your doorstep at a two-hour window you choose, and deliver back to the same address. You don't need to be in — plenty of customers leave the bag in a porch, with a neighbour, or with a concierge. Just tell us where in the notes.

We run free collection routes across Ickenham, Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Ruislip, Hayes, West Drayton, Northwood and Denham, working out of our shop on Swakeleys Road in Ickenham. If you're just outside those areas, send us your postcode anyway — we often extend routes when there's demand.

Laundry is priced by weight and dry cleaning by item, so the total depends on what's in the bag. We check everything in, itemise it and text you the price before anything is cleaned — if you're not happy, we return it free. There's no collection fee, no delivery fee and no minimum order.

Every item is fully insured while it's in our care. We inspect garments at check-in and flag anything already worn or fragile before we clean it. In the rare case something isn't right, we'll re-clean it free or settle it fairly — no arguing about it.
